Leveraging on its forte and years of experience in real estate development, JIKE has formally entered into an agreement with the Yingkou Xianrendao Energy Chemical District in April this year and clinched the development rights for the Gold Coast Service Apartments at Baisha Bay of Xianren Island.
 

The Baishawan Gold Coast’s clear waters, gentle sloping and wide beaches, as well as its fine white sand has propelled Baishawan Gold Coast to be the most famous beach in north-east China. The Baishawan Gold Coast is also backed by greenery, which further enhance the outlook of the Baishawan Gold Coast. Pursuant to the Cooperation Framework Agreement on the Baishawan Gold Coast Culture and Sports Theme Park Project entered into between the Administrative Committee of Yingkou Xianrendao New Zone and the Corporation (the “Cooperation Agreement”), the Corporation has in principle secured the land use rights of land with an approximate area of 24 square kilometers (the “Land Plot”) on Baishawan Gold Coast to develop landmark luxury serviced apartments.

Baishawan’s Popularity with Tourists
Xianrendao New Developed Area is rich in cultural tourist resources as well as natural tourist resources. Ancient sites, traditional architecture, various temples, coastal beaches, Wangershan National AAAA Level Tourist Area, Xiongyue hot spring and beautiful forest attract tourists from all over the world in the tourist season. During the peak travel period, the number of tourists might reach tens of thousands per day. In the following years, the Baishawan Gold Coast will focus on developing its entertainment, business, farm visits and tourism sectors. These activities are carried out with the aim of developing the Baishawan Gold Coast to be the tourist destination of Northern China known for its integrated seawater bathing spot, entertainment, dining and resorts facilities surrounded by greenery and pleasing ecosystem.

Seizing the opportunity to develop tourism at the Gold Coast, Jike International Holding Pte Ltd has launched the Xianren Island Service Apartments, a hot spring resort project, with support from the local government’s preferential policies for foreign enterprises. The service apartments are strategically located along the coast with unobstructed sea view and near to the Xianren Island Forest Park. With 120 sea-facing blocks, Jike aims to construct a new iconic coastal building that is run by an international hotel management group. The service apartments will feature a top-notch resort-style hotel services to offer a lifestyle that underlines exquisite taste and nature.
